Fee Structure
1- Early Bird Discount (28th August – 12th September)

DELEGATION FEE: 3500 PKR
2- Regular Cycle (13th September – 24th September 2024)
DELEGATE FEE: 3000 PKR
DELEGATION FEE: 4000 PKR
Important Information to Note:
1. All the teams will be required to register via the online registration form and fill out the Waiver of Liability at our registration desk. Hence, a valid registration.
2. The payment of the delegate fee, delegation fees and the observer fee (where applicable) must be made within a week of receiving the registration form submission confirmation email from our email address. Details and the method of payment can be found within the registration form.
3. Participants must complete all registration requirements on time and double-check before final submission to avoid the risk of being excluded. Observers are required to register with their respective teams.
4. The registration team reserves the right to reject or disqualify any team/individual. Failure to adhere to the rules of the conference can lead to disqualification. JTMUN reserves the right to reject individual candidates if they fail to comply with our conference policies.
5. Each delegation may be composed of a maximum of 10 delegates. The minimum number of delegates allowed to register in a delegation is 6. These numbers include the Head Delegate.
6. A total of 9 Committees will be simulated.
7. Allotments will be finalised by the host team and emailed to the registered delegations within a week. Hence, committee preferences on the registration form are subject to change as per the will of the host team.
8. 3 committees (Kennedy’s Cabinet, JATC and Press Corps) will feature unique allotments, which would be separate from the overall allotments for the rest of the committees for a delegation.
9. The allotments for UNSC will be limited to 15 Delegations.
10. Kennedy’s Cabinet and the UNSC are double-point and dual delegate committees.
11. The Best Delegation will be based on individual team points. In case of a tie, the best delegation will be decided as per HMUN guidelines, which will be communicated to delegates.
12. For outstation delegations, accommodation details and information will be conveyed once the team gets in touch with our management.
